Charges & Housing Income Advisor (Hybrid)

Oaksec is seeking a Charges Advisor in Redditch to assist the Housing Income department in managing service charge administration and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will handle complaints, assist in the annual rent setting process, and collect housing debts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services, data interpretation skills, and knowledge of housing legislation. This temporary role offers a hybrid work model and requires 37 hours per week.
