The Supply Register is working in partnership with Newcastle College to recruit Business Lecturers to support across their curriculum. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a well established college, with the potential to secure longer term or permanent roles.

The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across Level 1-Level 3 (BTEC / A Level / T Level)
• Teach topics such as marketing, finance, enterprise, and management
• Support learners with coursework, assignments, and exam preparation
• Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds:

Essential

• Experience in Business, Management, or a related field (teaching or industry)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to engage and support post 16 learners
• A flexible and reliable approach

Desirable

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, DET)
• Experience within Further Education
• Experience delivering BTEC, A Level, or similar
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
