ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - STRUCTURES

We're delighted to be working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, currently seeking an Associate Director of Building Structures to join their successful Ipswich office.

This is a strategic opportunity for a highly experienced Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role in the ongoing growth of the business.

As an Associate Director, you will take ownership of project delivery across a broad portfolio of structural engineering schemes, while overseeing a talented team of engineers and technicians. You'll contribute to business development, client relationship management, and the strategic direction of the structures team.

This role will suit a commercially-minded individual with proven technical capability, strong leadership skills, and the ambition to influence and drive success within a dynamic consultancy environment.

They need a Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) engineer who has a degree in engineering and at least 8 years' UK experience in structural design and project delivery.
