Assessment & Support Administrator (Temporary)

• Rate of pay: £18.50 PAYE or £24.32 Umbrella per hour (Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week)
• Location: Stockwell, London SW9 9AJ
• Contract: Temporary until 2 October 2026 with possible extension

We are looking for a temporary Assessment & Support Administrator to join an Assessment & Support team. The team manages referrals from residents, colleagues, and external agencies, helping ensure customers receive the right support at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support colleagues with referrals to statutory agencies.
• Organise and attend multi-agency meetings, including taking minutes.
• Maintain accurate case records and update systems.
• Support management of team inboxes and referral portals.
• Liaise with external agencies to coordinate support and manage risk.
• Assist with risk assessments, including specialist assessment tools.
• Support customers with a range of issues including safeguarding, mental health, domestic abuse, benefits, and social care needs.
• Provide administrative support to the Team Leader and wider team.

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Experience in housing, social care, support services, or a similar sector.
• Experience working with vulnerable customers and complex cases.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple agencies and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, housing, care, or related services.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
