• Job Title: Nursery Nurse Level 3

• Start Date: September 2026
• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (Hourly: £14.25 - £16.50)

Responsibilities

The successful Nursery Nurse Level 3 will play an important role in supporting children throughout their early development, helping them create stimulating activities, encouraging independence, supporting communication and language development, and building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. You will work closely with the wider nursery team to plan and deliver engaging EYFS activities that promote learning across all areas of development, from messy play and storytelling to outdoor learning, phonics, creative activities and imaginative games, helping each day be exciting, purposeful and memorable.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 CACHE qualification in Early Years or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Experience working with children within an EYFS or nursery setting
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• A caring, patient and positive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
• Paediatric First Aid training would be preferred
• A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
