• You will develop and optimize our affiliate program to continuously increase reach and performance.
• You will build strong relationships with publishers, maintain our network, and attract new partners.
• You will help place our campaigns with publishers and negotiate attractive offers.
• You will analyze data and KPIs to continuously improve campaign and program results.
• You will work closely with internal teams to make the most of synergies between marketing channels.

You recognize yourself in the following

• You are fluent in German and English.
• A university degree, ideally in business administration or marketing.
• Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in affiliate or online marketing.
• You find it easy to build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
• You are analytical, ambitious, and curious-and enjoy working with numbers and data.
