Job Description
Araner is an engineering company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects is seeking an Administration and Finance Manager to lead the administrative, accounting, and financial department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's economic, tax, and administrative management, with a special focus on tax and contractual risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervision of general and analytical accounting across the different countries where projects are executed.
- Management, coordination, and control of local and international tax obligations, including VAT, corporate tax, withholding taxes, informative returns, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Coordination and management of administrative and financial processes related to EPC projects (invoicing, collections, payments, project-based reporting).
- Preparation and control of the annual budget, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting to management.
- Relationship management with banks, insurance companies, auditors, tax advisors, and tax authorities.
- Compliance with commercial obligations and support in corporate processes.
- Support in tenders and contracts: tax and financial analysis of bids, review of financial clauses, and design of efficient tax structures for international projects.
- Implementation of internal control procedures and continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior position in administration and finance, preferably in the engineering, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Practical knowledge of accounting, national and international taxation, VAT, and administrative project management.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High level of English (B2/C1), both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
Additional Valued Skills
- Experience in companies with international projects or multicultural environments.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing and international taxation.
- Experience in contract management and intercompany operations.
