Academic Coordinator. Vogue College of Fashion Madrid

Position Title: Academic Coordinator

Type: In person, Paseo de la Castellana, 9, Madrid- Campus Puerta de Toledo UC3M.

Location: Vogue College of Fashion, Madrid

Contract: Full time and Permanent, two months period trial

Schedule: The schedule may vary depending on College needs.

20 years ago, Vogue College of Fashion launched its first Vogue master's in partnership with the Carlos III University of Madrid. Vogue College of Fashion has decided to undertake an expansion plan for its educational line that positions it as one of the main players in education in Spanish, for Spain and Latin America.


Summary

As an Academic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and administration of both new and existing programs. Your role will encompass managing relationships with faculty and students, supervising content creation and evaluation, and ensuring the efficient execution of key academic and operational processes. With a strong focus on enhancing educational quality and driving institutional excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience. This position reports directly to the Head of Academics at Vogue College of Fashion Madrid.


Responsibilities

Address the daily needs of academic programs, teachers and students.

Implement feedback mechanisms between faculty and students to enhance academic quality

Use the different virtual campuses to send material and communications to students and teachers.

Supervise the technological and logistical aspects.

Manage and coordinate University resources to enhance the educational experience offered at Vogue College of Fashion.

Create class schedules and review and check teacher availability weekly sending reminders.

Assisting with the online courses, in general.

Supporting Open Days, extracurricular activities, and all matters related to the normal operations of the College.

Team

Will be part of the Academic Planning team reporting directly to the Head of Academics.

You will participate in daily meetings to contribute with ideas and experiences that will contribute to increasing the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work in a collaborative environment where insights, recommendations and ideas are welcome.

You will contribute to the growth and success of Vogue College of Fashion.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum).
  • Experience of more than 2 years in a similar position in a higher education institution. Mandatory experience.
  • English B2, or similar (with certification).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as the use of online platforms and other computer tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Ability to combine different tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
