Zonal Operations Lead - Theme Park Guest Experience

LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is seeking a Zonal Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a resort zone, ensuring guest excellence, safety and cleanliness across rides, attractions and guest areas.

You will manage a dedicated zonal team, drive operational performance using KPI surveys and NPS scores, and promote a coaching culture while handling employee relations where needed. This is a fixed-term contract until 8 November 2026.
