Zero-Carbon Living Customer Advisor Hybrid & Progression

OVO Group in Bristol is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Zero Carbon Living) to deliver outstanding service across the customer lifecycle. This telephony-based role handles inbound calls and emails, with a base salary of £25,950 rising to £26,770 after typically 9-12 months.

The role is hub-based (Bristol or Glasgow) with the flexibility to work from home. Training requires 2 days per week in the Bristol hub, then 2 days per month in squad.
