Youth Substance Use Specialist - 1:1 Casework & Impact

Early Break is seeking a Young People's Specialist Substance Use Worker to deliver one-to-one, face-to-face support to young clients and their families, with potential evening or weekend sessions.

You will complete assessments, develop SMART care plans, offer structured interventions, and liaise with partner agencies to meet treatment needs, supporting after-care in the community while upholding safeguarding and data protection standards.
