As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers to deliver on their promises, ensuring their vehicles are safely and quickly returned to the road. You will be responsible for the workshop's daily performance, developing a results-focused team that adheres to high technical and quality standards, driving innovation to minimize vehicle downtime, and fulfilling our service commitments.

• You are a technical expert with solid automotive workshop management experience, valued for your knowledge and guidance.
• You have a practical business approach, understanding how to maximize workshop efficiencies and results.
• You are a people person who cares about your team and recognizes that a tailored approach fosters high performance.
• You are a natural coach, passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues' growth.
• You have a strong customer service focus, adept at resolving issues promptly and effectively.
