Workday Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Technical Consultant to support implementations and enhancements for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and integration tools, with a proven ability to deliver secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Workday HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI.
• Configure modules such as Recruiting, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits.
• Create custom reports and data flows based on business requirements.
• Implement Workday security frameworks aligned with governance models.
• Support end-to-end Recruiting implementations across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize onboarding, payroll, and performance workflows.
• Assist with design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Workday integration experience.
• Workday certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SAS, SQL, SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Consulting experience with third-party service firms.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Exposure to multilingual deployment strategies.
• Professional Level Proficiency in English
