Workday Functional Analyst Hybrid Barcelona, Spain
Our client is seeking a Workday Analyst with strong functional configuration experience to join their HRIS team.
Location & Work Model:

- Office Based in Barcelona, Spain
- Permanent Role
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional configuration and maintenance within the Workday HCM environment
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support Workday releases and enhancement projects
- Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Strong background in functional configuration
- Experience with one or more functional modules within Workday HCM (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Performance etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
