Workday Functional Analyst Hybrid Barcelona, Spain

Our client is seeking a Workday Analyst with strong functional configuration experience to join their HRIS team.

Location & Work Model:

• Office Based in Barcelona, Spain
• Permanent Role

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional configuration and maintenance within the Workday HCM environment
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Support Workday releases and enhancement projects
• Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
• Strong background in functional configuration
• Experience with one or more functional modules within Workday HCM (Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Talent, Performance etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
