Workday Developer (Time attendance/compensation) - Lithuania (Nearshore)

We are currently looking for a Workday Developer (Time attendance/compensation). Please find the details below

• Start date: Immediate start, 6 months - with possible renewables
• Contract rate: market standards
• Location: Lithuania (Nearshore)

Responsibilities

1) Develop, configure, and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Compensation modules, ensuring accurate business logic and seamless end to end processes.

2) Partner with HR digital (BA) team to help design business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

3) Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

Required Skills and Experience

1) Solid hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Workday Compensation (merit, bonus, allowance plans, eligibility rules, etc.).

2) Proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).

3) Understanding of Workday Reporting (calculated fields, custom reports, BIRT).

4) Working knowledge of Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and workflow coordination.

5) Strong grasp of development best practices (version control, code review, documentation, testing frameworks).

6) Exposure to Workday Security, Business Process Framework, or Absence Management
