Web & Digital Presence Developer (Project)

Our client is seeking an experienced freelance professional to establish a clean, professional, and credible digital company presence.

The objective of this project is straightforward: when customers, suppliers, banks, potential employees, or other business partners search for the company online, they should immediately find accurate company information, a professional company profile, and a modern website that clearly explains who the company is and what it does.

This is not a marketing, branding, or content-heavy project. The focus is on creating a solid digital foundation that accurately reflects the company's business and can support future growth when needed.

We are looking for a pragmatic professional who can take ownership of the project, understand the business objective, and deliver an effective solution without unnecessarily increasing project complexity.

Project Scope

Website Development

The primary deliverable is the development of a professional, responsive company website with a clean and modern appearance.

The website should be intentionally simple and informative, with a modern corporate structure and user-friendly design.

The website is expected to include:

• Home page
• About Us
• Our Business / Products
• Team page
• Contact page
• Company information and contact details
• Mobile-friendly and responsive design
• Use of existing company materials and branding assets wherever practical

The website should clearly present:

• Company background
• Business activities
• Product sourcing and quality focus
• Team and key contacts
• Office location and contact information

The project does not require:

• E-commerce functionality
• Advanced integrations or technical features
• Ongoing website management
• Extensive copywriting activities
• Photography or video production
• Rebranding or development of a new corporate identity
• Marketing campaigns

LinkedIn Company Page

The selected professional will also support the setup and optimization of the company's LinkedIn page.

The objective is to ensure the company presents itself professionally and consistently across digital channels.

Scope includes:

• Creation or optimization of the company page
• Completion of all key company information
• Consistent branding and messaging with the website
• Professional company description
• Upload and optimization of company visuals where required
• The project does not include ongoing social media management or regular content creation.

Google Business Presence

The project will additionally include the setup or optimization of the company's basic Google presence, including:

• Google Business Profile setup or optimization
• Verification of company information where applicable
• Address and contact information alignment
• Website connection
• Basic optimization to ensure the company can be properly found and identified online

Deliverables

The project is expected to result in:

• A professional, responsive company website
• A completed and optimized LinkedIn company page
• A properly configured Google Business Profile
• Consistent company information across all digital channels
• A solid digital foundation that can be expanded in the future if required

Engagement Structure

This assignment is expected to be executed as either a freelance, project-based engagement (for those with a registered KvK and adhere to freelancer regulations) or as a temporary contractor assignment via Undutchables. The exact scope, timeline, and offer will be discussed with candidates and agreed upon before project commencement.

Given the focused nature of the assignment, our client is specifically looking for an independent professional who can manage the project from start to finish and deliver the required outcomes efficiently. Requirements

• Experience developing modern corporate websites
• Strong understanding of responsive and user-friendly web design
• Experience creating professional B2B digital presences
• Ability to work with existing company branding and materials
• Experience setting up or optimizing LinkedIn company pages
• Experience setting up or optimizing Google Business Profiles
• Strong project ownership and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage and deliver project-based assignments

• Website development and coding capabilities
• Experience delivering complete website projects independently
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
• Knowledge of SEO and basic online discoverability best practices

Benefits Freelance or Temporary Contracting Opportunity: Project-Based Assignment (length to be determined together with client before the project's start)

Contractors Receive:

• Health and attendance bonus of 2,5% of gross monthly salary, paid semi-annually (not fixed)

If you are a freelancer, you need to adhere to the following:

• You are registered with the KvK (Kamer van Koophandel) with a matching SBI code;
• You are working independently in an organization, you have your own activities and the execution thereof (there is no need for management and supervision);
• You bear the risk of having no work yourself (you are not insured for employee insurance by the government);
• You have a liability insurance (mandatory from 2028/2029);
• You are focused on making a profit since you are not an employee;
• You have a minimum rate of € 36 per hour and you negotiate your rates yourself with the clients;
• You actively promote that you are an entrepreneur, for example you have your own website and a professional email address;
• You are a specialist and have unique/special skills;
• You work with your own materials (laptop, Office subscription, phone, etc.);
• You aim to have multiple clients (minimum of 3) per year.
