Job Description

Van Delivery Drivers Wanted - Leicester! Are you an experienced van driver looking for steady delivery work across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area? This is a great opportunity to join a busy driving team, with immediate starts, ongoing hours and the chance to work towards a permanent contract. In this role, you will deliver food and drink wholesale products to customers such as schools, care homes and restaurants. A professional attitude, good timekeeping and strong customer service skills are essential. You will also assist with loading and unloading, complete vehicle checks and work closely with the team to ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This driving role pays £13 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata for PAYE.

Working Hours: Shifts are available Monday to Friday from 05:00, with occasional Saturday work, usually around 1 in every 3, when required. You can expect to work approximately 40 hours per week.

Experience & Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous Van driving experience (be able to provide references)
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DD, DR or TT conviction codes
