Job Description:We are looking for a Wastewater MEICA Contract Manager to join Thames Water on a full-time permanent basis.
The purpose of the Maintenance Services function is to provide professional, cross-functional maintenance delivery capabilities to the Wastewater and Bioresources directorate.
Responsibilities include:- Identify, realize, coordinate, and control third-party MEICA maintenance activities on wastewater treatment sites.
- Collaborate with operations teams, risk processes, and Capital Maintenance Teams to prioritize works.
- Monitor and optimize performance with framework managers and operations.
- Establish new contracts to enhance the capital maintenance program.
- Develop and analyze performance data to inform decisions.
- Support maintenance strategy with performance insights.
- Update supply chain standards into the MEICA delivery process.
- Collaborate on critical asset groups and enhancement programs.
- Oversee programs to increase resilience and improve performance outcomes.
- Review and optimize maintenance delivery strategies, transitioning from reactive to proactive approaches.
- Understanding of Wastewater Treatment, operational activity, and contractor management.
- Leadership skills to engage and motivate teams across boundaries.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship development skills.
- Experience in performance improvement and program delivery.
- Knowledge of change management and data analytics.
- Full UK driving license.
- Salary between £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
