Supervising a team of roughly seven operatives, this full-time Warehouse Supervisor (Temporary) role in Bicester manages daily goods-in, stock movements, and dispatch. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual who has previous experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting a team of approximately 7 warehouse operatives
• Allocating workloads and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
• Monitoring goods in, goods out and stock movements
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse
• Supporting and motivating the team to achieve operational objectives
• Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy
• Investigating and resolving operational issues efficiently
• Working closely with management to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor position is essential
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience working within a busy warehouse environment
• Ability to lead by example and support the team with daily tasks
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
