Waiter/Waitress - The Sidings Fixed Term Contract

About The Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service with a smile? Do you thrive in a vibrant and energetic environment? If so, we want you to be part of our Sidings team, on the outskirts of Hereford, situated within 2 vintage trains.

You will be working 10 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm), on top of your salary you will receive a share of the weekly tips. This is a fixed term contract until the end of September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Ensure tables are clean and set up for the next guests.
• Respond to customers inquiries and resolve any concerns.
• Confidentially advertise the offerings in our Farm Shop.
• Use of EPOS.

About You

• Proven excellent customer service skills.
• Preferably previous experience of working in hospitality.
• Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Be passionate about food, the local area and local produce.
• Dedicated team player.
