Videographer & Production Manager

MAGIC is an at-home smart fitness mirror delivering one-to-one coached workouts. Our experience is designed to feel personal, supportive and confidence-building for people training alone at home.

We are building a high-quality, scalable content and production function to support our next phase of growth. This role is a key part of that journey and is initially offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to extend as the function grows.

We are looking for a Videographer & Production Manager to own day-to-day production, improve quality and efficiency, and help us build a world-class content operation.

The role

You will work closely with the Head of Workout Content to plan and execute filming, improve production workflows, and support the development of new formats and modalities.

This is a hands-on role, combining filming, editing and production management. You will play a key part in establishing the systems, standards and visual identity of MAGIC as we scale.

Responsibilities

Production and studio

• Own day-to-day filming operations
• Run filming days end-to-end
• Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality studio setup
• Ensure strong and repeatable lighting, framing and sound

Workflow and systems

• Improve production efficiency and turnaround
• Develop scalable and repeatable production processes
• Organise and manage footage and assets

Editing and post-production

• Edit classes and support other content post-production
• Maintain consistency in pacing, style and quality
• Support rapid iteration and testing of new formats

Collaboration

• Work closely with content, product and design teams
• Support experimentation and continuous improvement
• Contribute to improving the overall user experience

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience filming and editing high-quality video and photography
• Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Enjoys building systems and improving workflows
• Is comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
• Is collaborative and open to feedback
• Is excited about building something long-term
