We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Resiliency Strategy and Execution team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
  • Advancing and supporting the firm's Resiliency strategy and initiatives by thoroughly understanding the firm's functions and dependencies, enabling you to provide valuable consultation and effective challenges.
  • Providing consulting support to internal business partners on resiliency requirements.
  • Being a first principles problem solver, thought partner, and effective challenger.
  • Supporting the team by taking on projects and tasks at all levels.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements through incessant curiosity and leading initiatives to streamline processes that support resiliency operations, leveraging appropriate technologies to deliver on solutions.
  • Delivering output of the highest quality.
  • Contributing to or authoring policies, standards, or procedures.
  • Developing and executing internal training through various mediums.
  • Designing and contributing to program performance and metrics.
  • Analyzing and interpreting data sets across multiple disciplines.
Required Qualifications
  • An understanding of operational resiliency requirements and processes, e.g. Business Continuity Plans, Business Impact Analyses, Cyber related risk management strategies.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional data evaluation skills with the ability to interpret information from various sources and offer creative, practical, actionable insights.
  • The ability to work cross functionally, prioritize, multi task, and manage major projects, often in an ambiguous environment.
  • An equal level of comfort driving analyses or receiving direction, leading or contributing as appropriate, driving conversations or supporting as necessary.
  • To establish trusted relationships to effectively challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A solid understanding of change management principles.
  • Experience:
    • Significant experience in finance, with a focus on transformation, cross functional collaboration, business support, or process improvement initiatives or experience in consulting / corporate strategy.
    • Experience in supporting or leading Strategy projects - framing, analysis, synthesis, project management.
  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, results oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a very fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Nice to have
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau experience.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Financial Services experience.
