What You Will Do:

- Lead the integration and delivery of engineering for the entire vehicle, ensuring compatibility with strategic targets and delivering functional excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions, resolve obstacles, and ensure smooth progression of vehicle technical data.

- Act as a technical arbitrator, embedding design quality and driving the delivery of service and manufacturing requirements.

- Oversee the delivery of Minimum Viable Product into virtual and physical verification stages, ensuring alignment with programme goals.

- Support complex engineering problem-solving activities, leveraging structured approaches such as Agile and Six Sigma methodologies.
