Analytics Engineer + Databricks - 3+ months - 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Engineer/Databricks Consultant with strong expertise in Databricks SQL, semantic layer design, and governed analytics.
Your main task will be to design and build scalable, secure, and business-ready analytics solutions leveraging modern Databricks BI and AI capabilities.

Tasks:
* Design and develop SQL-based data models on Databricks for analytics and reporting
* Implement and manage Unity Catalog for data governance, access control, and lineage
* Build and maintain AI/BI dashboards and enable conversational analytics (Genie, NL2SQL)
* Design and implement a scalable semantic layer including Row-Level Security (RLS)

Requirements:
* Strong experience with Databricks (SQL, Unity Catalog, dashboards)
* Experience in semantic layer design and governed analytics
* Hands-on experience with RLS and data security concepts
