User Research Consultant - 6 month contract outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced and independent User Research Contractor for a 6-month outside IR35 contract in our FlexiPay team.

The Role

1. Scope the Research: Define objectives, methodologies, and timelines with stakeholders.
2. Participant Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment plans targeting SME participants.
3. Conduct Research: Perform interviews, feedback sessions, surveys, and other methods.
4. Analyze Findings: Summarize data, identify themes, and generate insights.
5. Deliver Insights: Present findings with recommendations to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in end-to-end user research with SMEs.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with qualitative data analysis tools (e.g., NVivo, Dovetail).
