We are seeking an experienced and independent User Research Contractor for a 6-month outside IR35 contract in our FlexiPay team.

The Role
- Scope the Research: Define objectives, methodologies, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Participant Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment plans targeting SME participants.
- Conduct Research: Perform interviews, feedback sessions, surveys, and other methods.
- Analyze Findings: Summarize data, identify themes, and generate insights.
- Deliver Insights: Present findings with recommendations to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in end-to-end user research with SMEs.
- Ability to work independently and manage timelines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with qualitative data analysis tools (e.g., NVivo, Dovetail).
