Your role and responsibilities
The UX Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our industry-specific software solutions. Responsible for assisting in research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for enhancing user experiences
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new features and updates.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design iterations.
Contribute to the refinement of existing designs and user flows.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and techniques.
Required technical and professional expertise
Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries.
Background in human-computer interaction or a related field.
Experience with user research methods.
