Job Description:

With an increased workload, they are looking to put in place this new role to further improve the service to their customers.

Role & Responsibilities

The main duties will include but not be limited to:

• Possessing a strong understanding of current building regulations & working knowledge of new build façade, windows or curtain walling.
• Managing your own projects within the Architectural Setting
• Working with the customer & internal departments at a technical level ensuring connection details, elevation and layout drawings are correct to building regulations prior to manufacture and installation

Experience Required:

• +5 years' experience within an Architectural Setting
• Strong AutoCAD experience to be able to carry out the drawings and technical submissions
• 32 days holiday including public holidays

• Hours of Work are Monday to Friday 8am/9am - 4pm/5pm (37.5 hours per week)

£32,000 - £35,000 PA - DOE (Plus Shift Allowance) (per year)

£15 - £17 Depending on experience (per hour)
