Job Description
Knight Frank is seeking an experienced UK People Transformation Lead to join the People team for a 12-month fixed-term contract (Family Leave Cover). Reporting to the Head of Platform, Reward & Transformation, you will shape how our People function operates, leading the design, optimisation and governance of processes across the business.
You will drive process redesign, implement automation and digital solutions, partner with HRIS teams (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow) and establish governance, KPIs
