Job Description
  • Drive global business development and sales for telecom and technology solutions.
  • Hunt for new prospects and manage penetration strategies in emerging markets.
  • Sell and co-create solutions across core and non-core products (Data, Satellite, Cybersecurity, Data Center, Cloud).
  • Build strategic relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery and business growth.
  • Promote solution selling and drive new product adoption.
The Successful Applicant

A successful UK Account Director should have:

  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.Holds an MBA or equivalent (preferably B.Tech + MBA).
  • Has 8-15 years of B2B sales experience in the telecom or technology domain.
  • Demonstrates strategic business planning and knowledge of ICT projects and funding.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, key account management, and solution selling.
  • Possesses strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence for CXO-level engagement.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise/carrier products (IPLC, VSAT, security, platforms, data center).
  • Highly customer-oriented, with ability to manage relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business targets.
  • Creative thinker with ability to devise innovative ideas for attracting target customers.
