Job Description

Position: Trust & Safety New Associate

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 12 month contract with a view to extension.

Work Hours: Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.

The Trust & Safety offering within Accenture Operations helps keep the internet safe and helps platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses. Content moderators serve as an important line of defense by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands on job experience. In this role you will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text based content, investigate, communicate and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system, and maintain up to date knowledge of client policies.

Role Details
  • Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
  • Keep updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
  • Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
  • Serve as an advocate for the user community.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and workflow efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development.
  • Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics to keep our communities safe.
Basic Qualifications / Skills Needed
  • Strong coping, emotional resilience, stress management and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent comprehension, communication and language skills (English B2 & Italian C1).
  • Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information from multiple streams.
  • Deep familiarity and passion for the internet, internet platforms and internet culture.
  • High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market and region that will be supported.
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, and to work differing rotations/shifts and non standard work hours.
  • Flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast paced environment and commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Previous business process outsourcing, customer service or content moderation experience is a plus.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Shift timings/requirements to work weekends and holidays.
