Job Description
Overview 
- Managing the design and delivery of transport-focused, technology-enabled transformation programmes
- Developing insight into client needs across rail, bus, highways, aviation or wider transport
- Helping to evolve tools, methods and assets specifically for transport transformation
- Building trusted relationships with senior transport stakeholders and expanding network across the industry
- Hands-on experience scoping and delivering transformation programmes within the Transport sector
- Experience in operating model design and implementation, transformation programme management, change and adoption, or transformation communications in a transport setting
- Ability to interpret transport clients' strategic, operational and regulatory drivers for change
- Comfort in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and data to support transport transformation
- Successful track record of leadership in transport
