About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Transformation Team. This role will focus on supporting the Tax and Audit departments in driving transformative change and optimizing business processes. The Senior Analyst will work with the Director of Business Transformation and other team members to implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Identifies and analyzes business processes within the Tax and Audit departments to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction. Implements best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Technology Integration: Assists in the integration of new technologies and systems to support business transformation initiatives within the Tax and Audit departments. Ensures that technological investments are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Supports change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during transformation projects. Engages with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Performance Measurement: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives. Monitors progress and provides regular updates to the Director of Business Transformation and other key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Works closely with the Tax and Audit departments to understand their needs and challenges. Collaborates with team members to develop and implement solutions that address these needs.
- Reporting: Prepares and presents reports on transformation initiatives, including progress updates, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
Competencies and Position Requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to use data to drive business decisions and measure success
- Knowledge of technological trends and their impact on business
- Experience with technology integration and digital transformation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Understanding of change management principles and practices; ability to support and manage change in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, information technology, or a related field required
- Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CISA) is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Public Accounting industry
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement or systems implementations
- Regular travel cadence of in person presence in the office and to conferences (roughly 6x a year)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Hybrid work environment preferred, remote considered
