Transformation Partner - Process Control Platform (m/f/d)

Start Date - ASAP - Early June 2026

Duration - Until 31 December 2026 (with strong option for extension)/

Location - Remote within Germany, with regular travel across Europe

Languages: - German & English (both required)

Required Experience & Profile Essential

• Proven experience in large-scale organisational or enterprise transformations
• Strong background in:
  • Change management
  • Execution model, delivery, or operational transformation
• Ability to operate as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership
• Demonstrated success working in complex, global, cross-cultural environments
• High tolerance for ambiguity and evolving scope; ability to move forward without full definition upfront

Desired (Nice to Have)

• Experience in R&D or product-centric organisations
• Familiarity with Agile or scaled delivery frameworks
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments
