Job Description
Transformation Partner - Process Control Platform (m/f/d)
Start Date - ASAP - Early June 2026
Duration - Until 31 December 2026 (with strong option for extension)/
Location - Remote within Germany, with regular travel across Europe
Languages: - German & English (both required)
Required Experience & Profile Essential- Proven experience in large-scale organisational or enterprise transformations
- Strong background in:
- Change management
- Execution model, delivery, or operational transformation
- Ability to operate as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership
- Demonstrated success working in complex, global, cross-cultural environments
- High tolerance for ambiguity and evolving scope; ability to move forward without full definition upfront
Desired (Nice to Have)
- Experience in R&D or product-centric organisations
- Familiarity with Agile or scaled delivery frameworks
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments
