Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Role: Training Ground Cleaning Supervisor

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, including weekends.

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a cleaning team to deliver exceptional standards throughout the elite training ground.
  • Supervise cleaning of all public and staff areas, including regular deep cleans and assistance with event set ups.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and COSHH.
  • Work according to the facilities rota, which includes weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience supervising teams within large facilities or sports venues.
  • Strong customer service skills and exceptional communication.
  • A proven track record of delivering high standards of work within specific deadlines.
