OverviewThis role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the professional services sector, develop professional expertise and gain a recognised qualification while working as a Trainee Restructuring Administrator Apprentice.
The position is based in the Bristol office and combines hands on experience with formal training to deliver restructuring solutions for SMEs and large groups, while working towards a Level 4 Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities- Perform office administration tasks including dealing with visitors and handling post
- Respond to incoming calls and correspondence and draft letters and reports as required as part of the case management team
- Assist managers and the wider team with their portfolio of cases, including producing statutory paperwork and other legal documents, managing 'take on' administration processes and maintaining files
- Maintain the case management system and other software to document statutory compliance and transactions
- Diary management and scheduling meetings both internally and with clients
- Produce time cost summaries for statutory reports
- Answer the main office phone during busy periods, transferring calls and passing on messages for staff members
- Recent school or college leaver who holds (or will achieve before September 2026) 2 A-levels (or equivalent)
- Minimum of five GCSEs (including English and Maths at grade C/grade 5 or above)
- Highly motivated team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients and colleagues
- Diligent with keen attention to detail and a professional approach to work
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work with a genuine willingness to learn
- Ability to exhibit core values of being clear, honest and considered in your approach to work
