Tier 1 Due Diligence Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Our clients in leading consultanciessupportingbusinesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries areseeking top tier Consultants up to Engagement Manager level to deliver a number of upcoming due diligence pieces.

• Managingthe delivery of the due diligence (CDD/VDD) for the client
• Support or leading workstreams, depending on level.
• In depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
• Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

• 4+ years experience from top tier Consultancies (Tier 1/MBB)
• Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset and Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech, Software, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace & Defenceetc.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 2-6 week sprints, rolling
• Day rate: Dependent on level (Consultant to Engagement Manager level)
• Location: London, hybrid
