Perfume Store Team Leader: Lead & Earn 20% Off Rewards

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Team Leader in Greater London to support the Store Manager with daily operations and lead a diverse team. You will coach, mentor and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and hit store targets.

Contracted hours are 28 per week with a permanent contract and a pay rate of £15.78 per hour. You will be responsible for rosters, store procedures, and acting as a key holder to ensure smooth opening and closing.
