Job Title: Locum Treatment Radiographer

Location: London

Contract Type: Locum

Pay Rate: £29-£30 per hour (PAYE, depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time considered - Weekdays)

Role Overview:

A leading radiotherapy centre in London is seeking an experienced Locum Treatment Radiographer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused environment with cutting-edge technology and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver precise and compassionate radiotherapy treatment in line with clinical protocols.
• Operate Varian linear accelerators and manage treatment workflows using the ARIA oncology information system.
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and contribute to service development initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

• BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Radiography or equivalent.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Recent experience in a treatment radiographer role.
• Proficiency with Varian systems and ARIA software is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

• Experience with advanced techniques such as IGRT, VMAT, or SABR.
• Previous locum experience in a similar clinical setting.
