As a Waste Water Process Technical Director, you will lead business development and process engineering on transformational programmes for critical infrastructure, working on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad. You will serve as a strategic industry leader, bringing people together to develop innovative and viable solutions to society's most complex challenges.

We specialise in all aspects of process engineering within the Water Sector, providing industry-leading solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. If you are passionate about this industry, we would love to hear from you.

Your Purpose:

• Be accountable for technical delivery and safety, maintaining high-quality standards across multiple projects and programmes, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Set the technical strategic direction for projects and bids, acting as a subject-matter expert.
• Lead a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring quality assurance standards in design.
• Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Manage and grow the waste water process engineering capability within the practice, fostering innovation and advancing knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted technical partner.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer.
• Influential leader with esteemed reputation internally and externally.
• Experience in multidisciplinary integration and coordination.
• Up-to-date knowledge of treatment technologies, innovation, costs, GHG reduction, carbon assessments, and UK environmental regulations.
• Recognised expertise in areas such as P removal, emerging contaminants, Biosolids Treatment.
• Commissioning experience.
• A strategic and transformational mindset.
