An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join a well established business supplying forest and garden machinery across North East Scotland. This is a field based role focused on managing and developing an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across agricultural, landscaping, and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong relationship management and delivering a high level of customer service.

• Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the region.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Promoting and selling forest and garden machinery and related products.
• Conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent aftersales support.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.

• Proven experience in a field sales or territory sales role.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Knowledge or interest in agriculture, groundcare or machinery advantageous.

• Salary £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE).
