An opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join a well established business supplying forest and garden machinery across North East Scotland. This is a field based role focused on managing and developing an existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities across agricultural, landscaping, and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through strong relationship management and delivering a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of customers across the region.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Promoting and selling forest and garden machinery and related products.
- Conducting site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent aftersales support.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline.

Candidate- Proven experience in a field sales or territory sales role.
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Knowledge or interest in agriculture, groundcare or machinery advantageous.
- Salary £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE).
