Gynaecology & Urology Territory Account Manager

Location

Dublin, Ireland East Territory (support across 32 counties)

Compensation
  • Base salary €60k - €70k+ (dependent on experience, open to negotiation)
  • Commission: 20% - €12k - €14k

Role Overview

The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by promoting a range of Gynae devices to key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the territory. A 12 week in hospital observational training will be provided, shadowing an experienced Territory Manager who will be clinically supporting cases.

Duties
  • Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques.
  • Engage with existing and new HCP to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise on appropriate sales leads.
  • Maintain up to date records of customer activity on the CRM system, including information on usage, purchasing protocols and competitor activity.
  • Support the development of product and procedure knowledge within the sales team through classroom teaching, theatre teaching, or involvement in the induction training programme.
Experience
  • 3 5 years of experience in surgical sales at consultant level.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Specific experience in Urology and Gynaecology devices is a major advantage but not essential.
