Tenant Liaison Officer

Contract: 30 weeks. Location: Todmorden, West Yorkshire. Start Date: 2026-08-10. Salary: Competitive.

My client is a main contractor that requires a Tenant Liaison Officer for one of its projects. They are working on a care home, making alterations and interior upgrades to the property. The position is a single site in Todmorden and the TLO will be the point of contact between residents and the contractor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works can be carried out with minimal interruption to residents.
• Deal with contractors and trades on a daily basis and relay information to residents about works.
• Manage own diary and time, working with own initiative and motivation.
• Represent the contractor positively and ensure projects are completed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer dealing with local authorities.
• Organised and self motivated.
• Good interpersonal skills.
