About the Opportunity

Are you an organised administrator with exceptional attention to detail?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation within the examinations sector for a Temporary Quality Assurance Administrator to support a busy team during a peak period.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, following processes, communicating with a variety of stakeholders and ensuring work is completed accurately. You'll join a friendly and supportive team, with the flexibility of hybrid working, requiring just one day per week in the office.

The Role

As part of the Quality Assurance team, you'll play a key role in reviewing student submissions that have been flagged for potential AI-generated content and supporting the investigation process.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing flagged submissions and checking AI detection reports.
  • Assessing information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Contacting students and employers regarding flagged submissions.
  • Managing responses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating resubmission sessions where required.
  • Assisting with investigation cases and preparing documentation for the Assessment Committee.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Quality Assurance team.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Able to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload.
  • Available to start on 3rd August.

Experience within quality assurance, compliance, education or examinations would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • £13.00 - £14.00 per hour.
  • Hybrid working with excellent flexibility.
  • Friendly and supportive team environment.
  • Central Milton Keynes location with excellent transport links.
  • Monday-Friday working pattern - no evenings or weekends.
  • Valuable experience within a respected organisation.
