Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised retention strategies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and offer tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information about available products and services to enhance customer retention.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Telesales Executive should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
