Job Description
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised retention strategies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and offer tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
- Provide detailed information about available products and services to enhance customer retention.
- Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Executive should have:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- An ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
