Technology Portfolio Lead (Underwriting) - London Hybrid

Sompo seeks a VP, Portfolio Lead for the Technology Middle Market team in London. This role leads external engagement with Southern brokers, deputizes for the Head of Technology, and may assume line management as the Technology account grows.

You will guide pricing, coverage structure, and risk decisions in a fast-moving tech portfolio. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in underwriting, cross-class experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills, with established broker relationships.
